Sales Executive (US SHIFT)
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage law firm customer prospects within the US, UK and India for our legal billing software, Bilr (GetBilr.com). You will sell directly to customers in order to boost
top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. You will work independently within our sales team, supported by our marketing resources. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of sales results and near-perfect
spoken and written English skills.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other techniques
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Native-level proficiency in American English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce
- Highly motivated and target driven with proven sales record
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Previous experience in software sales
